Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location, idyllic setting - surrounded by nature. Great to have outside space to enjoy. Lodges/cabins were comfortable and a good distance from neighbouring lodges/cabins. Kitchen space was perfectly arranged. Great opportunity for walks from the hotel site. Opportunity to request bakery items from reception.
Negative: Very minor but the seating inside the cabin is very firm (wooden seats). If you like more comfortable seating, might be good to take some cushions.
Summary: A relaxing stay in Luxembourg

Positive: Amazing location! Wonderful people who are running the business, fantastic food and our favourite gateway destination. Beautiful nature around with clean air and unforgettable views! It’s our third time there and we are already booked another visit.
Negative: That it gets more expensive
Summary: Fantastic stay as always

Positive: Beautiful location. Easy to find. Staff I spoke to really friendly, chatty and helpful. Lodges nice and cosy. Food and drink in the restaurant is good.
Negative: No kettle or microwave in lodges. Having to photo the gas meter and paying extra for gas. Our gas cost for 2 nights was €4.95. This is silly as the accommodation is not cheap. Limited parking for overnight guests when people are using the restaurant or fishing.
Summary: Great location and setting. Recommended, but bring your home comforts

Positive: The cottages are nicely located, with enough space between them for privacy and nearby the river. The hotel restaurant was very nice and convenient, as well as the bread service in the mornings. And the beds were good.
Negative: The bathroom was extremely tiny. Literally showering above the toilet, smaller than boat cabin bathrooms! Quite weird for the given space in the cottage. Also the cooking facilities were fairly cramped, you cab only fit 2 small pans if you're lucky. However, it worked out well enough for us. Lastly, there are a lot of playground facilities for the kids, which sounded nice, but they were also located right in front of (most of) the cottages, which can make it quite noisy (depending on which children are playing there).
